Former President Donald Trump has reacted to news of Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) quitting the presidential race.

In a statement to Fox Information digital, Trump normal the improve of the person many believed would be his chief rival for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.

“Very honored to have his endorsement,” Trump said. “I look ahead to working at the side of him to beat Joe Biden, who is the worst and most corrupt president within the history of our united states of america.”

Trump went on to speak to supporters in Manchester, New Hampshire — in video shared through revolutionary media watchdog Ron Filipkowski. In his transient remarks, the previous president known as DeSantis a “very able individual.”

In additional pictures posted through a Trump campaign spokesperson, Trump was once requested whether or not he plans to continue using the nickname “Ron DeSanctimonious.”

The former president’s statements run counter to a lot of his rhetoric against the Florida governor all the way through the campaign.
