Republican senators were bowled over and bewildered by President-select Donald Trump’s choice to appoint Fox News host Pete Hegseth as the following secretary of safety on Tuesday.

Trump introduced in a statement on Tuesday that he had made up our minds to nominate the Fox & Friends Weekend co-host as secretary of safety.

Fox Information congratulated Hegseth – who regarded in his final show for the network on Sunday – calling him “an outstanding host” and praising “his insights and analysis especially about the militia.”
