Former Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia testified that former Legal professional General Invoice Barr advised him to resign from the Trump administration after the 2021 Capitol riot.
The change is documented in a transcript released by the House Jan. 6 committee on Tuesday.
Testifying beneath oath, Scalia said the administration “bore duty for what took place on Jan. 6th.”

Scalia mentioned shortly after the rebellion, he referred to as Barr, who had resigned from his post in December 2020.
