A former Amazon worker who was once fired whereas trying to unionize an organization warehouse was arrested in New York Metropolis for trespassing at the facility Wednesday.

Christian Smalls made news in 2020 after he used to be fired from a mid-degree management place at a facility in Staten Island, and filed a lawsuit after alleging the warehouse was unsafe.
